Proper Plans was founded in 2020 during the time of the "unmentionable" when working remotely became more popular.

Recognising that while architectural studios serve their purpose, clients frequently require a measured building survey accompanied by 2D drawings and floor plans for existing and/or proposed drafts, all while operating within a tight budget.

Architects also frequently utilise our services for their surveying and CAD needs.
